Dagestani agriculture to be reformed

Dagestani Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov said that agriculture in the republic needed an agricultural reform. He explained that owners of land needed to be specified. Land relations, in his words, needed clear regulations and transparency, Yuga.ru reports.

Abdulatipov added that land should not be the main business object for authorities of cities, as it currently is. The head of the region gave the government three months to prepare all the necessary documents for land reform.
