The restoration of normal relations between Russia and the European Union will allow them to collaborate more effectively in solving international problems. This has been announced today by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov after a meeting with his Slovak counterpart Miroslav Lajcak.
"Speaking about Russia's relations with the European Union, we noted the useful cooperation between international mediators on Iran in the format of the Six. We are convinced that the full normalization of the relations between Moscow and Brussels will allow to effectively cooperate in other areas of international politics, too," says Lavrov, as quoted by gazeta.ru.
