According to the president, it reagards the so called "low area". "The border line divides houses and gardens there. There are a lot of smugglers. Now we will check it, strengthen the border, and the order will be there, Bagapsh said.
The inhabitants of the Galsy district will visit their relatives passing the border checkpoints.
