The prosecutor's office in Turkey has lost the "bugs" that were found in the office of Recep Tayyip Erdogan when he served as head of government. These bugs were the most tangible evidence in the case into Erdogan's office's listening by two police officers, which is now being considered by the criminal court of Ankara.
Prosecutor Ozgur Kamyshlyk said in court that the "bugs" cannot be found "because of the abundance of storage rooms and the cleaning taking place there," and promised that the agency will provide them to the court, "as soon as they are found" in the store, RIA Novosti reports.
On this, the Attorney of the accused, Mehmet Syurer, commented: "This statement raises many questions."
