DPR is ready to stop exchange of prisoners

"It is necessary to suspend the exchange of prisoners before a formal decision on the personal composition of the four working groups for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. The working group on humanitarian assistance could deal with prisoner exchange. The accumulated differences on number and order of the exchange of detained persons could be removed within the framework of this group," envoy of DPR Dennis Pushilin told Interfax.

According to him, four working groups are expected to be created. Pushilin emphasized that they must be formed simultaneously.
