The prime-minister of Kabardino-Balkaria, Alexander Merkulov, called the prevention of terrorist attacks like that of October 2005 the main task of the law-enforcement agencies, RIA Novosti reports.
As a result of the attack in Nalchik five years ago 12 civilians, 35 workers of the law-enforcement agencies and 95 attackers were killed.
