Atageldi Khaljanov has been appointed Turkmenistan’s ambassador to Switzerland, according to the decree of the Turkmen president.
Over 30 enterprises with Swiss capital operate in Turkmenistan. The sides name the fuel and energy complex, transport and communications, the high-tech sector, investments and tourism as promising areas of cooperation, Trend reports.
Turkmenistan is interested in partnership with Switzerland in such spheres as mechanical engineering, the chemical, processing and food industries, pharmaceutical and biochemical production.
