The co-rapporteurs for the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe's monitoring commission on Azerbaijan, Joseph Debono Grech and Pedro Agramunt Von de Mora, will arrive in Azerbaijan on the 5th of November, NewsAzerbijan reports, citing the press-service of the ruling party, Yeni Azerbaijan.
The aim of the visit is to observe the parliamentary elections being held in Azerbaijan on November 7th.
