Activists of the Krasnodar Territory regional office of the Progress Party have asked Sochi Mayor Anatoly Pakhomov to place a memorial plaque Boris Nemtsov in the city, Yuga.ru reports.
They said that Nemtsov was a significant figure in Russian history. His death, according to the activists, was a shock for many people supporting him.
