Speaker of the Lower House of the Russian Parliament Sergey Naryshkin may take part in the 'Total Dictation' event (an annual educational campaign in the form of a voluntary dictation) at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) on April 18, as stated on RANEPA's website.
The idea to organize the dictation appeared at the Novosibirsk State University in the early 2000s.
