The successful conclusion of the negotiations in Lausanne on Iran's nuclear program has proved that Russia and the US can work together to solve problems of mutual interest, White House spokesman Josh Ernest said.
"It illustrates that there is still the capacity for the United States and Russia to coordinate and cooperate on areas of mutual interest," Gazeta.ru cited him as saying.
"Our ability to successfully cooperate may on balance improve our relationship, but it doesn't alleviate in any way our concerns about Russia’s destabilizing activity in Ukraine," Ernest said.
