Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that the framework agreement on the nuclear program between the P5+1 group and Iran does not guarantee that the final document will be signed, France-Presse reports.
He also noted that the "trial agreement on Iran's nuclear program does not entail legal obligations," Reuters reports.
Khamenei said he has never been optimistic about negotiating with America, RIA Novosti reports.
