Shamsudin Tsakayev, the lawyer of suspected murderer of Boris Nemtsov, Zaur Dadayev, has appealed the decline of the investigator to grant access to the materials of the case, as stated by Anna Fadeyeva, spokeswoman of the Basmanny Court of Moscow, TASS reports.Ivan Gerasimov is another lawyer of Dadayev.Dadayev and four other suspects (Anzor and Shadid Gubashev, Khamzat Bakhayev, Tamerlan Eskerkhanov) were put under arrest until April 28.
