Russian Permanent Representative to the EU, Vladimir Chizhov, said that Russia was not trying to drive a wedge between the EU states or the EU and the U.S. He reminded that the “Moscow or Brussels” dilemma had been a topical problem before admission of 10 countries to the EU 12-13 years ago, TASS reports.In Chizhov’s opinion, Brussels was ignoring the specifics of national interests with ever increasing frequency and accusing Russia of estranging the countries.
