U.S. ambassador to represent country at May 9 celebrations in Moscow

U.S. Ambassador to Russia John Tefft will represent the country at the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War in Moscow on May 9. The U.S. State Department stated that the country paid tribute to people who had sacrificed themselves in the fight against Nazis in WWII, including the millions of Russians killed in the war, Interfax reports.
