A meeting of the Azerbaijani Minister of Economy and Industry, Shahin Mustafayev, and an Afghan delegation led by the Mines and Petroleum Minister of Afghanistan, Daud Shah Saba, was held this morning.
The sides noted the development of mutually beneficial relations between the two countries. According to Shahin Mustafayev, Azerbaijan and Afghanistan have a wide potential for cooperation in trade, energy, transport, building material production and education.
He also stressed the importance of expanding the legal framework between the two countries and the establishment of an intergovernmental working group.
Daud Shah Saba drew attention to the country's investment opportunities and prospects of cooperation in various fields.
