The head of North Ossetia, Teimuraz Mamsurov, doesn't plan to resign, and believes that the country's president must take the final decision on his third term.
"I worked for almost two terms as head of the republic, my conscience is clear. And it's not a question for me, who will lead North Ossetia in the future. When the time comes, the decision will be taken by the president," TASS cited him as saying.
