Russia and Azerbaijan are developing their relations very actively, looking to the future, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said in an interview with a correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza regarding the presentation of the Baku European Games, which took place yesterday in Moscow.
"We understand that in addition to bilateral themes we have very large international and regional agendas, for example the Caspian Sea and South Caucasus. And we always listen carefully to each other's positions, and are committed to helping the economic development of each other, and the political processes that occur in each country. Most importantly, it's all based on the principles of stability, good-neighborliness, mutual respect, and, in my opinion, we have it going well," Karasin said.
