Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, needs to neutralize all those who want to plunge Ukraine into a civil war, to prove that he really is the "president of the peace" as he calls himself.
"I believe that if Petr Alexeevich is the president of the peace, as he calls himself, and if he really genuinely negotiated over the Minsk document, he must defend his rightness, and in this way neutralize those who want to plunge Ukraine into a civil war again," Lavrov stressed.
