Minister for Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine Gennady Zubkov said that Poland could give Ukraine a loan of 100 million euros for energy saving measures.
Minister noted that to ensure transparency in this matter, certain means must be provided to specific municipalities and local governments.
