The Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Nikolai Bordyuzha, said that the alliance does not respond to the proposals of the Collective Security Treaty of Cooperation.
"I think we should have cooperation with NATO and resolve global security problems together. It’s the best thing we can do. We face the same challenges and threats," Bordyuzha stressed, noting that it was necessary not to interfere in the conflict in Ukraine, TASS reports.
According to him, the CSTO has repeatedly offered to cooperate with NATO, but "unfortunately, NATO has another position. They do not refuse to cooperate, they just remain silent and do their job, sending their instructors to Ukraine and lending moral, and not only moral, support," Bordyuzha said.
He believes that there is no need for instructors, experts or advisers, because Ukraine is neither a member of NATO nor a CSTO member.
