A new Constitution project of Ukraine will be ready on May 13, according to Volodymyr Groysman, the head of the commission developing the document and the speaker of parliament, RIA Novosti reports.
A preliminary vision of the constitutional reform has been passed. It consists of 2-5 pages with objectives and terms of their realization. Three groups will be formed to work on constitutional amendments: one will focus on human rights, another on decentralization of governance, the third on the new justice system.
