Stavropol Territory to compose list of unreliable suppliers

Authorities of Stavropol Territory have decided to compose a list of unreliable suppliers of commodities and services. Everyone included in the list will be banned from state and municipal tenders. A commission will be formed to study each company that may appear in the list, Interfax reports.
