UN special adviser on Yemen, Jamal Benomar, plans to submit his resignation.
According to a source of the New York Times, he may be replaced with a Mauritian diplomat, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of UNMEER, Ould Cheikh Ahmed, TASS reports.
