The Speaker of the Federation Council of Russia, Valentina Matviyenko, said after President Vladimir Putin’s Call-In Show that Russia wanted to normalize relations with Ukraine in all sectors, TASS reports.
She claimed that Ukraine was being run by nationalists and neo-Nazis and stated that hardly a single day would pass in Ukraine without political murders. In Matviyenko’s opinion, Ukraine is falling into chaos.
Russia, she said, will do its best to encourage a political settlement of the conflict and realize the Minsk Agreements.
