Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev said that this year the dollar's fundamental value will be a little over 50 rubles in current conditions.
He noted that the Russian currency won't collapse to 70 rubles per dollar any longer. According to the minister, the fluctuations will be moderate, RIA Novosti reports.
