Azerbaijani vice prime minister demands that Iran cease doing business in Karabakh

Ali Hasanov, vice prime minister of Azerbaijan, the head of the State Committee for Refugees and Displaced Persons, expressed concerns about Iranian business on occupied territories at a meeting with Ali Rabii, the Iranian Minister for Cooperation, Labour and Social Welfare, Trend reports.


The Iranian minister said that the Islamic Republic had no business on the occupied Azerbaijani territories, only private companies were possibly operating there.


Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohsun Pakayin said that a bilateral agreement of the two states was forbidding Iranian companies to have business on the occupied territories.
