Moscow is ready to work with any president elected by the American people, because Russia and the United States, despite their differences, have a common agenda, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"We will work with any head of the American State who is elected by the American people. Because we do not cooperate with specific individuals, we cooperate with the country with the largest and a very influential country in the world," the head of the Russian state said in an interview with the host of 'News on Saturday', Sergey Brilev.
"Our relations have problems in the field of security. I mean the unilateral withdrawal of the United States from the ABM system, this is important," the President said. "We have differences on some issues on the international agenda." But, he continued, "at the same time we have something that unites us, that makes us work together."
