The Chief of Staff of Iran's Armed Forces, Major General Hassan Firuzabadi, said that US warplanes are making regular flights to airports controlled by the radical terrorist group Islamic State, and delivering weapons, money and food to militants.
"We have received reports that American planes visited airports controlled by IS," he said.
"The United States should not supply weapons and finances to the IS group, and then apologize and say that they did it by mistake. The Americans say they want to fight IS, but we have not seen any concrete measures, only reconnaissance and intelligence operations," RIA Novosti quoted Hassan Firuzabadi.
