Putin plans to be in Armenia on April 24

Vladimir Putin’s Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, in an exclusive interview with Vestnik Kavkaza, said that the head of state plans to travel to Armenia on April 24th.

"Russia intends to develop relations with its neighbors, and relations with Turkey today are at a high level in all fields. Turkey is a strategic partner of Russia, and these relations are constantly getting stronger," Peskov said.

However, he pointed out that Armenia is Russia's strategic partner. "We have excellent relations with Armenia. However, the relations between Moscow and Ankara do not contradict the relations between Moscow and Yerevan," the president’s press secretary said.
