The delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), consisting of five members will carry out a pre-election mission in Baku from October 19 to 21, a statement posted on Friday on the PACE website said , Trend reports.
The PACE delegation, headed by Paul Wille from Belgium, will hold a series of meetings with the administration of the country before the elections. Another PACE delegation of 30 members will be present at the elections.
Elections to the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Azerbaijan are scheduled for the 7th of November, 2010.
