UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon is expected to attend the Victory Day celebrations in Moscow on May 9, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"He was invited to attend the celebrations. We expect Ban Ki-moon will come to Moscow and UNESCO Secretary General Irina Bokova," Gazeta.ru cited Russian Deputy Minister Gennady Gatilov.
