US Secretary of State John Kerry discussed the Ukraine situation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in a telephone call on Wednesday, urging Russia to fulfill its obligations under the Minsk agreements.
"Kerry insisted that Russia abide by all of its Minsk obligations, including removing Russian forces from eastern Ukraine," TASS cited a message of the State Department.
Kerry also noted that Russia "continues to supply lethal weapons and training for separatists".
