It will take time to achieve a "good deal" with Tehran, US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter said at Stanford University.
"I want to use a term that is used in relation to negotiations with Tehran by US President Barack Obama - 'a good agreement'. It will take a few more months of consultations to determine whether it is possible to remove all remaining obstacles to its achievements," TASS cited him as saying.
