The Minister of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Kemaleddin Heydarov, has met with the NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, James Appathurai, NATO Assistant Secretary General for Operations, Stephen Evans, and the Deputy Secretary General of NATO, Alexander Vershbow, during the visit to the headquarters of the Alliance in the Netherlands and Belgium, Trend reports.Heydarov has told them today that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was a serious threat to Euro-Atlantic security.
