"The Russian observers at the presidential elections in Kazakhstan were satisfied with the voting which was taking place today, we have almost no issues regarding the organization and conduction of the elections, the head of the Russian Central Electoral Commission Vladimir Churov said. He was on his mission of observation from the department in the republic.
"Everything was so well-organized that we almost have no issues. I am satisfied with the elections. All day we have seen a high presence of voters," RIA Novosti cites him.
