The preliminary results of the presidential elections in Kazakhstan will be announced on the 27th of April by Vladimir Foos, Deputy Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission.
‘’According to the law, the counting of votes at a polling station should not exceed 12 hours from the beginning of counting. Tomorrow, after the receiving of information from the Central Electoral Commission, we will announce the preliminary results of voting. The time of the briefing will be announced a bit later," Interfax cites him.
According to the preliminary information of the central electoral committee, 95.11% of citizens of Kazakhstan who have voting rights took part in the elections today.
