Nursultan Nazarbayev, speaking at a gala concert in Astana, dedicated to his victory in the presidential elections, thanked the voters, his election headquarters, the members of electoral commissions, international observers and the press.
Nazarbayev also assured that Kazakhstan will follow "its obligations to allies and partners."
Solemn ceremony under the motto "With the leader of the nation to new victories!" is organized at a new cycle track Sary-Arka in Astana. The audience is screaming "Nursultan! Kazakhstan!"
