Artem Sytnik, the head of the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, has appointed Gizo Uglava, an ex-official of the Georgian prosecution system, as his first deputy, Georgia Online reports.Sytnik briefed in Kiev that he will have two deputies, who will be responsible for the law enforcement. One deputy will supervise detectives, the other one will be in charge of rapid reaction forces and units specializing in protection of people involved in criminal cases.Uglava said that it was a great honour to be given such high appointment. He reminded that he had been the regional prosecutor in the Adjara Autonomous Republic, deputy prosecutor general.
