Iraq's Badr threatens ISIS

The Badr organization of Iraq has threatened to destroy ISIS for attempting to attack Karbala, the holy city of Shias where Imam Huseyin's tomb resides. The terrorists are 180-200km away from Karbala, TASS reports.

Hamid Sahib Al-Karbalai, the head of Badr regional branch in the Karbala Governorate, said that desert in the province will become their mass grave.

Badr is enforcing its positions in Nahib, Hebaria and Rahalia in the Anbar Governorate. According to Al-Karbalai, hundreds of volunteers joined the organization.

Yesterday, Iraqi President Fuad Masum, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and Speaker of Parliament Salim al-Jabouri decided to arm all militia to prepare an offensive on ISIS in the Neynava and the Anbar governorates.
