The joint declaration of US President Barack Obama and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and the review conference on the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty in New York say that Russia was still offered to reduce nuclear arsenals with the US, TASS reports.
The US and Japan called for further reduction of deployed and undeployed nuclear arsenals via unilateral, bilateral, regional and multilateral measures, in accordance with the transparency principles.
