The situation in the east of Ukraine has worsened in recent days, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said in Belgrade.
"Unfortunately, over recent days we have backtracked in terms of the conflict intensifying," he stressed.
According to the Foreign Minister, the stalled process of implementing the Minsk agreements must be accelerated, Interfax reports.
