Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has arrived in Turkey to meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, Minister of Economy Nihat Zeybekci and Ankara Mayor Melih Gokcek, Kazan First reports.Minnikhanov will also visit a set of public structures of Ankara and study technologies used for the construction and beautification of parks.Kazan and Ankara will sign a program for development of sister city ties.The leader of Tatarstan will attend the Turkish-Tatarstan business forum on April 30.
