Russian President Vladimir Putin's Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that he was unaware of any plans of Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov to step down, Govorit Moskva reports.
Kadyrov had admitted earlier that he had asked Putin to sign his resignation note.
