Ali Ahmedov, deputy head and executive secretary of the ruling Yeni Azerbaijan Party, vice prime minister, has met with US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Robert Cekuta. The sides discussed relations between the two states and the prospects for their development, Trend reports.
Ahmedov informed the US diplomat about the socio-political life in the country.
Siyavush Nowruzo, deputy executive secretary of the Yeni Azerbaijan Party, and Susan Chesley, the political advisor of the US embassy in Azerbaijan, attended the talks.
