The Defense Minister of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, has received a delegation headed by the Chief of Staff of the Turkish Ground Forces, Corps General Ihsan Uyar. They discussed the value of joint drills in Azerbaijan and Turkey.
