The Chairman of the foreign Affairs Committee in the State Duma, Alexei Pushkov, said that the US is the only country which clearly sees Ukraine's readiness to fulfill the Minsk Agreement.
"The White House clearly sees Ukraine's readiness to implement the Minsk Agreements. Just think! Only the US can see it," RIA Novosti cited Pushkov as saying.
Earlier, White House spokesman Josh Ernest said that the US government clearly sees a clear willingness on the part of the Ukrainian government to abide by the commitments that they have made.
