Sergey Naryshkin, the head of the Russian State Duma, said that Russia was offering Cuba to join the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly, TASS reports.
Cuba took part in the CSTO PA Council session held in Saint Petersburg in mid-April, reminds the lawmaker.
