Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has met with editors-in-chief of local Internet media and regional TV channels. He noted the need to intensify the work of regional media.
According to Kadyrov, social networks have recently been flooded by false information and rumours. In his words, media should collect true facts, find direct sources of information and release unbiased news, giving an impartial picture of the situation. The Chechen leader gave journalists two weeks to rectify the said flaws.
