Edgar Rinkevics, the Latvian foreign minister chairing the EU, said after a meeting with ministers of commerce of the EU and member-states of the Eastern Partnership that the EU was ready to aid Azerbaijan, Armenia and Belarus in joining WTO, RIA Novostu reports.
The official noted that the countries were working on a declaration for the Riga Summit. He also offered to help Armenia with a new agreement with account of its membership in the Eurasian Economic Union.
